Abstract: OBJECTIVE  To conduct a case study on Prasanthi School for children with special need regarding the historical background, teaching – learning methods, curriculum, services and programmes, achievements and facilities provided there. METHODOLOGY Method : Case Study Sample : Principle, teaching and non-teaching staffs, parents of special need children, everyone and everything related with the institution. Tool : Questionnaire , Checklist Technique : Interview, Observation RESULT Prasnthi School is situated at Pantheerankavu formed in 2000 in Kozhikode. Total 137 students are enrolled there with free of cost. Hygienic infrastructural and outdoor facilities are provided. Curricular activities includes goals set for daily life activities, subjects like English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Malayalam are taught. School provides both curricular and cocurricular activities.
