Abstract: MAJOR OBJECTIVE To find out the relationship between Mathematics Anxiety and Problem Solving Ability in Mathematics among Upper Primary School students. METHODOLOGY Method used : Survey Method Sample : 600 Upper Primary School students Tool :  Problem Solving Ability Test (adopted)  Mathematics Anxiety Rating Scale Statistical Techniques :  Pearson’s Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation  T-test RESULT There is a negative negligible relationship between Mathematics Anxiety and Problem solving Ability in Mathematics among Upper Primary School students.
