dc.description.abstractOBJECTIVES  To find out whether there is any significant relationship between awareness on waste management with waste disposal behaviour among secondary school students for the total sample and subsamples based on gender, locale and type of management. METHODOLOGY Method used : survey method Sample : 720 secondary school students from Calicut and Malappuram district in Kerala Tool : Awareness Test on waste management Waste disposal behavior Inventory Statistical techniques: Percentiles, t-test, One way ANOVA ,correlation. RESULT: There exists significant high positive relationship between Awareness on Waste Management and Waste disposal behaviour among male secondary school students (r =0.84).
