dc.description.abstractOBJECTIVES  To find out the extent of Civic Engagement among prospective teachers at secondary level in the total group and the subgroups based on Subject of specialization and Political background. METHODOLOGY Method : Survey method Sample : 400 prospective teachers at secondary level Tool : Civic engagement scale Statistical techniques : t-test RESULT Civic Engagement among prospective teachers at secondary level is moderate. There exists no significant difference in the mean scores of Civic Engagement among prospective teachers based on subject of specialization.
